What are we?
We have a 4200 Square foot exploration center where children can explore their universe from the ocean (at the beach-sand, and water play room) to outer space (air and space room).
More Information:
We offer an educational platform where adults can play with the children they love and care for. It is geared for ages 2-11. However, there is something for just about everyone so older and younger siblings and friends will enjoy it, as well as the "young at heart."
Each of the 19 themed rooms is equipped with applicable dress up attire, games, toys, and puzzles. On Main Street you will find a police station (complete with a jail, fire station (large toy fire truck and hoses), beauty shop (princess dress up), construction zone (lots of different types and sizes of blocks as well as tools), the grocery store, etc. Other areas of exploration include: the art gallery, bubble room, train station, safari room, etc.
It's FUN! It's AFFORDABLE! It's EDUCATIONAL! You really could ask for more - and we do have more! We also have a consignment store (see our ad under Consignment Shops on this web site) and we offer birthday parties (see our ad under Birthday Parties on this site).
Hours of Operation
Season operating hours are based on the Frederick County Public School Calendar.
Winter Hours:
M-F 10am - 3pm & 4pm - 7pm both Exploration and Consignment
Saturday 1pm - 8pm Exploration*
Saturday 10am - 8pm Consignment
Sunday - CLOSED
*If we do not have exclusive birthday parties booked on any particular Saturday we will open the Exploration center at 10 AM. Feel free to call to inquire as to whether play time is available.
