WV Day Celebration
Sponsored by the Berkeley County Democratic Association, the 2008 WV Serenade includes bluegrass, Celtic, folk, Indie, and gospel music, performed in honor of some very special guests.
This year’s featured recording artists are Patent Pending, Rod Snyder, Wolf Creek Session, and Joan and Keith Pitzer. Guest emcee is Tiffany Lawrence, candidate for WV House of Delegates and former Miss West Virginia.
