UpCounty Family Center
The Intent of UpCounty Family Center is to provide and promote, through mutual respect, opportunities that strengthen and build healthy and positive family functioning for all.
We are a comprehensive developmental program that helps pregnant teens and young parents in Frederick County acquire parenting skills and achieve self-sufficiency. Our welcoming center provides a special place for learning for children up to three years of age and their parents.
We offer GED classes, flex high school classes; training in child nurturing, financial planning, computer use and employment readiness; developmental assessments and child care. In-home services are available for those who are unable to come to us!
