References:
We except nothing less than three verifiable childcare references.
Experience:
All sitters and nannies have had at least two years childcare experience with children other than their own.
Legal:
All sitters and nannies are American citizens, Permanent Residents, or have permission to work in the United States.
Transportation:
All sitters must have a valid driver’s license number with a good driving record. All sitters supply their own transportation.
Interviews: We have one-on-one interviews with all of the sitters and nannies. There isn’t a single one that we don’t know personally and on a first name basis.
Education:
All sitters and nannies have a High school diploma, GED or are college graduates
