KIDS FIRST™ Swim Schools, Inc., the Maryland based provider of aquatic programs for children of all ages, opened its eighth location in Finksburg this past fall. It has also signed a lease to build its next facility in Rockville this spring. Other KIDS FIRST™ schools already exist in Cockeysville, Perry Hall, Forest Hill, Severna Park, Columbia, Elkton and Bowie.

Owner, Gary Roth, notes that the company’s rapid growth can be attributed to its ability to serve the community’s need for a “better solution” to teaching children this very necessary life skill.
Programs range from a Mommy & Me program for instants and toddlers that teaches the three primary skills to swimming; to Small Group Lessons for kids over the age of three; to Private or Semi-Private Lessons for children ahead or behind the learning curve. There are even adult fitness programs for the senior set of kids!
Private Birthday Parties fill the pools during the weekends.
