This group class facilitates the union of mind and body. The class is structured to meet the needs of the expectant woman/new mother, her changing body and state of mind as she prepares for birth and adjusts to the changes after birth. It is recommended that new mothers take at least one group class prior to joining a mainstream yoga class.
